Welcome to Promote & Play, your go-to partner for bulk gift products in India! By visiting our website and placing an order, you’re agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions that apply to all purchases made within India.

  1. Orders & Payments

We happily accept orders from all over India and will process them once we confirm full payment. 

You can pay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or wallets. 

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please let us know within [X] hours. 

We do reserve the right to cancel orders if there are pricing errors or if items are out of stock.

  1. Shipping & Delivery (India Only)

We offer shipping across the nation, reaching all major cities, towns, and even remote areas in India. 

Our standard delivery time is 7 – 10 business days, depending on where you are located. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. 

Please note, that we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or if the address you provided is incorrect.

  1. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Unfortunately, custom-printed or personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged. 

You can cancel your order within 24  hours of placing it, and if a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 2 business days after approval.

  1. Product Quality & Liability

We strive to provide high-quality products, but please be aware that minor variations in color, size, or design may happen due to the manufacturing process. 

We’re not liable for any damages that occur from improper use of the products.

  1. Intellectual Property

All logos, product images, and content on our website are the property of Promote & Play and cannot be copied or used without our permission.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any disputes arise, they will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
