At Promote & Play, we take pride in offering high-quality bulk gift products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Below is our Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

⚠ Note: Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@promoteandplay.com  or call us at +91 99221 71800 within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

Your order number

The reason for return/exchange

Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Approval & Return Shipping

Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping details. The item must be shipped back within [X] days of approval.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: 

We will cover the return shipping costs.

For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

🔹 For Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

🔹 For Exchanges: If the requested replacement item is in stock, we will ship it as soon as we receive the returned item. If unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

🔹 Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable & Non- Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom-printed T-shirts, mugs, pens, or any other personalized products.

Used, washed, or worn clothing.

Clearance or discounted sale items.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
